After getting take-out last night (and it not being all that healthy) I hit the fridge today in search of some healthier fair. So here’s lunch today…and it tastes Oh so nice.
Here’s how it slices up:
Lettuce: 0pts
Onion: 0pts
Carrots: 0pts
Apple: .5pts
Turkey (Deli meat): 2.5pts
Fat Free Cheddar Cheese: 1pt
Kraft Free Zesty Italian Dressing: .5pts.
Total: 4.5pts And look at the size of the thing!
