I leave for New York in a little while… Brought some workout stuff so that I can get a few minutes in while I’m there. No where near as dedicated as this kid though.

It’s going to be hard to eat right on this trip. It’s a business trip and these people always want to wine and dine at various places. Cross your fingers!

After getting take-out last night (and it not being all that healthy) I hit the fridge today in search of some healthier fair. So here’s lunch today…and it tastes Oh so nice.

So this was me yesterday in the Doc’s office. Had all but one of the Swine Flue symptoms in which they ask you to wear the mask for, so I got to sport this awesome mask. I wish they had a black one, then I could pretend I was a ninja.
